In collaboration with the National Director and other key nursing stakeholders including advisory councils, and internal stakeholders, the Director of Nursing Curriculum establishes a vision of each degree program. He/she designs, develops and maintains college curriculum, and monitors performance to ensure program quality and student success. The product manager is responsible for the overall performance and marketability of assigned courses, assessments, and degree programs. The Director of Nursing Curriculum relies heavily on student engagement and performance data as well as student and faculty feedback to measure the effectiveness of courses, learning resources, assessments, and degree programs. The product manager uses these data to ensure the overall health and quality of program curriculum. He or she recommends development and maintenance and new development projects for each program in collaboration with the National Director. The product manager collaborates with college Councils, National Directors, marketing staff, and other university stakeholders to constantly monitor and react to market demand and workforce needs.
The candidate will possess a doctorate in nursing or healthcare, along with a minimum of three years of experience in nursing practice, four years of progressive management experience with a proven track record of managing and leading teams and prior curriculum experience.
The candidate will have an understanding of data analysis and application and a background in health professions, along with knowledge of the health professions market today trends for the future.
At least four years of progressive management experience and at least two years of experience in managing and leading teams with a proven track record of accomplishments.
