WGU students Casey Jenkins and Stephen Allen were recently chosen to receive the CompTIA Education Foundation’s CompTIA IT Merit Award Scholarship. The award recognizes and rewards students who have recently achieved CompTIA certification and are pursuing a degree in Information Technology.

Consider the developments of culture and society during the Middle Ages or the basic computer systems that allowed for the first remote student-teacher interactions.

WGU lets students like Orleatha Smith (featured in the article) have a full-time job, take care of family responsibilities, and go to school at the same time.
