Effective March 8, 2013, the Marines and Army have suspended active-duty tuition assistance programs indefinitely as a result of the federal budget sequestration. Both branches have indicated that no new awards will be funded; however, any course enrollments currently in progress or approved prior to the cut-off date will be honored. At this time it is unclear whether other branches of the military will follow. You can continue to access GI Bill benefits if applicable, Montgomery GI Bill (MGIB) or Post 9/11 GI Bill, or use other funding sources (i.e. grants, scholarships, or state Tuition Assistance where available).
Please contact your local education centers with questions and to get updates. Updated information will also be posted to this website.

Tuition for the full term is due at the beginning of each term. For regular new students, payment is due on or before the 22nd of the month preceding their intended program start date. Students not on financial aid or scholarship may elect a two-payment plan for an additional convenience fee. Contact the Bursar’s Office at bursar@wgu.edu to make this arrangement. Returned checks will be assessed a service charge. Students are responsible for payment of tuition and fees. Failure to receive payment in full by the end of the current term is grounds for administrative withdrawal.
Military tuition assistance (TA) students may be eligible for a deferral of tuition once their DA 2171 Form has been completed, authorized, and received by WGU.
