If you are a spouse of active military personnel or a current member of the Reserves or National Guard, you may be eligible for scholarships and grants made available from the U.S. Departments of Defense and Education as well as Western Governors University. WGU is a regionally accredited online university that offers a range of online degrees in teacher education, information technology, business, and health professions. WGU is a unique institution that offers online degrees based completely on competencies—your ability to demonstrate your skills and knowledge on a series of assessments—providing recognition for your life experience and expertise.

WGU Military Spouses to Graduates Scholarship
WGU is pleased to offer scholarships valued up to $1,500 available to military spouses looking to earn a WGU degree in information technology, business, health professions, or education (excluding programs covered by the Spouses to Teachers Supplemental Scholarship). Made possible through funding from Western Governors University.

WGU Spouses to Teachers Supplemental Scholarship
WGU is pleased to offer scholarships valued up to $1,500 that can be used to supplement the Spouses to Teachers program. This scholarship is open to all military spouses, including those outside of the 14 pilot states involved in the Spouses to Teachers program.
