How To Enter the 2010 WGU Scholarship Contest

I hereby grant permission to Western Governors University and its agents to use my recorded video made exclusively for their contest without restriction for the educational and promotional purposes of Western Governors University (hereinafter referred to as WGU). This may include but not be limited to broadcast video, online web video, stories, quotations, and photos in print materials. I understand that videos will be featured on WGU’s YouTube Channel and other social media pages that are under ownership of the university. No fee or remuneration will be provided by WGU or its agents for my appearance and I grant unlimited use voluntarily. I further authorize WGU to reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute such image(s) including my name, likeness, voice and biographical information. I release WGU or its agents from any liability arising from said uses including blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or other visual effects or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise that may occur or be produced, including any unintentional misspellings or inaccuracies. I waive any right to inspect or approve a draft or final product. I confirm that an appropriate authorization was given from parents/guardians of any child (if under 18) or persons themselves (if over 18) if they appeared in the video and they understand the purpose and use of this video. I further acknowledge that I am over the age of 18. This release serves as a legal waiver under applicable law.
