The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to university recruiting efforts by working closely with the Recruiters to ensure that all positions are filled in the appropriate time frame. Contributes to the accomplishment of recruiting practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes professionalism, strict confidentiality, productivity and standards, objectivity and responsiveness/customer service. 



Provide support for the effective administration and coordination of employee recruiting and selection process.


  • Responsible for a seamless interview experience for candidates
  • Responsible for scheduling candidates for in person and/or phone interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.  Corresponds with candidates to confirm interview and other needed information
  • Track source of hire reason and prepares reports accordingly
  • Assists with recruiting and Staffing logistics such as preparing and posting job advertisements
  • Assist Recruiters in paper-screening of applications as needed
  • Answers general recruiting inquiries
  • Assists with data input and updates in recruiting database
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or working towards)
  • 3+ years administrative experience preferably in a recruiting or HR capacity
  • Experience working in a fast paced customer service type industry
  • Experience with using recruiting tools is preferred such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Drive, Microsoft suite
