Simon Fitall holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Western Governors University. Simon has been active in the field of health data collection, analysis, modeling and forecasting for over 30 years and is co-founder and CEO of Galileo Analytics, which is based in Washington, D.C. Because of his expertise and experience in health data analysis, Simon is involved in designing advanced analytics systems as well as innovations in data capture. 

Anthony Rivera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology, network design, and management from Westerns Governors University. His interest in software development and enterprise design began early in his career at America Online. After 20 years in the field, he is currently CEO of Aretec, Inc., a data science firm located in the Washington D.C. metro area, supporting the federal government within the defense, intelligence, financial, and health space. In addition, he is a technical strategist with disciplines in network infrastructure, architecture design, with experience in several programming languages. 

Marqus Hutchinson holds a bachelor of science degree in information technology and network management and a master of business administration in information technology management, both from Western Governors University. He is chief technology officer at Intelligent Waves LLC, a defense and national security IT consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area. A proactive thought leader and technology innovator in the federal government sector, Hutchinson responds to the nation’s complex security needs as a consultant for the Department of Defense and Department of Justice. He has more than twenty years of experience in IT infrastructure, including network architecture, data center design, and telecommunications operations. 

Oleksandra Postavnicha holds a bachelor of science in Statistics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine and master of science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University. She has been working as a data scientist at The World Bank for over 2 years and has previously worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at a startup in San Francisco. Her main areas of expertise include Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Explainable AI and more. These skills enable Oleksandra to successfully apply emerging technologies at work and drive innovation forward.

Dr. Kenneth “Ken” King is program manager of the B.S. in data analytics at Western Governors University. He served 33 years in the United States Military, retiring in 2011 as a Colonel/0-6, in the Logistics Corps (Logistics Automation). In the civilian sector, he served as a facility manager for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and as program director at ECPI University in Richmond, Va. He has a B.S. in management from Northern Michigan University, an M.A. in computer information systems from Webster University, an M.S. in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Ph.D. in information assurance/cybersecurity from Capella University. He and his wife of 35 years have two sons.
