Immunizations Required for Admission

Pre-nursing students will required to submit evidence of all of the below to be considered for admission to the nursing program.

• Tetanus/Diphteria or Titer
• Mumps or Titer
• Measles or Titer
• Rubella or Titer
• Rubeola or Titer
• Varicella Zoster or Titer
• Hepatitis B or Titer
• Seasonal flu shot
• H1N1 flu shot (or signed declination form)
