WESTERN GOVERNORS UNIVERSITY
WGU Day on the Hill
Join Us As We Connect, Collaborate and Inspire
Save the date! On February 3, Western Governors University will host a WGU Day on the Hill in Olympia, Washington, and we invite you to join us.
We are looking for interested students and alumni to help represent WGU by visiting the offices of state representatives, state senators, and other key leaders. This is a unique opportunity to:
- Share your WGU story and educational journey,
- Help policymakers better understand the impact of online education, and
- Advocate for current and future WGU students across Washington.
No prior advocacy experience is required. We will provide briefing materials, talking points, and day-of guidance to ensure you feel prepared and confident. For those who express interest, we will follow up directly in mid-January with additional details and next steps.
