Meet the Speakers:

Founder and Principal, Lavorgna Strategy Studio
Adjunct Faculty, University of the Cumberlands

Jackie Lavorgna is a strategist, facilitator, and writer based in Manchester, New Hampshire.

She is the founder of Lavorgna Strategy Studio, a consultancy specializing in strategic foresight and strategic planning for mission-driven nonprofits and higher education institutions. As part of this work, Jackie authors Strategy Stories on Substack, dedicated to signal scanning and strategic frameworks for curious leaders. She also teaches part-time in the School of Business and Communications at the University of the Cumberlands as an adjunct faculty member.

Prior to launching Lavorgna Strategy Studio, Jackie led enterprise-wide strategic planning at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and supported the institution’s innovation research agenda, 10-year future forecast, and campus model transformation efforts.

Jackie holds a PhD in Business with a focus in strategic management, a Strategic Management Professional certification from the International Association of Strategy Professionals, and foresight practitioner credentials from the Institute for the Future and the University of Houston.

Senior Compliance Auditor, UMass President's Office 

David is Senior Compliance Auditor with the University of Massachusetts, President's Office and a multidisciplinary leader. His career journey spans mathematics, technology, business, audit, ministry, and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics, an MBA in IT Management, a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling, and graduating in June 2026 with Doctor of Ministry from South College. He also is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Beyond his professional career, he serves as a ministry leader, mentor, and speaker with a passion for developing resilient leaders to champion holistic community transformation.

Clinical Campus Recruiter Lead, CVS Health

As CVS Health’s Clinical Campus Recruiter Lead, Grace created and launched in 2021 the RN-to-BSN Clinical College Relations program across the CVSH enterprise.  She partnered with hiring leaders across CVS Health business units, built relationships with strategic colleges and universities, executed and maintained affiliation agreements, determined recruitment strategies, and facilitated campus interview events.  On the daily, she manages applications from RN-to-BSN students seeking to complete a clinical rotation with a CVS Health RN and move them through their process from application through prerequisites to rotation completion and hopefully finally, for those interested, to conversion to hire.
