Jeff Harley’s 30+ years of military service uniquely position him as WGU’s Senior Director of Military Engagement. In this role, he builds and maintains partnerships to expand access to WGU’s nationally recognized programs for the military community. A retired Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy, Jeff commanded multiple ships and squadrons, earning a Bronze Star for combat operations. His shore assignments included serving as director of the White House Situation Room and president of the U.S. Naval War College.
