Western Governors University offers ten bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in Information Technology, all designed to prepare students for rewarding careers in the IT industry. Because WGU is online and uses a competency-based academic model, it’s ideal for working adults who are motivated to advance their education. Rather than earning credit for time spent in class, students progress in their degree programs by demonstrating their competence in each subject through exams and assessments. This approach allows students to accelerate their progress if they have additional time to devote to their studies. Tuition at WGU is affordable, less than $6,000 per year for undergraduate degrees, including certifications.
