Her main goal is to serve the Lord, walk in a manner worthy of her calling, and bring glory to her Savior. If, along the way, she can pray with and encourage other women to grow in their own faith, or keep them encouraged to walk with Christ, then mission accomplished! Detria writes and podcasts at detriamoore.com and she enjoys reading and teaching the Bible, praying for others, walking the Lynchburg trails.

Kristin Eller has been in higher education for almost 20 years, working closely with learners, educators, and leaders to implement change and increase success at personal, team, departmental, and enterprise levels. She has served in multiple roles as a higher-ed leader, including as an Academic Dean, before beginning her WGU career as a program mentor in 2015 with the undergraduate College of Business programs, mostly specializing in IT Management. Kristin has since served WGU as a manager and senior manager of program mentoring faculty for the Business Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and MBA programs within the College of Business before transitioning into her current role as a Change Manager. Her passion in education – whether as a faculty member, leader, administrator, or change practitioner – will always be working alongside people to help them evolve, grow, and lean into their purpose to identify and create new possibilities for themselves and for their organizations.

Kristin has spoken at multiple academic and professional conferences, including regional chapters of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and for state and local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is the recipient of multiple academic and leadership awards and has served as a business volunteer in her community by facilitating teambuilding, communication, goal setting, and resume-writing/career building workshops for Junior Achievement, local athletic teams, and her local women’s domestic violence safe shelter. She also currently serves as a regular ghostwriter for several monthly lifestyle publications and as a freelance editor. Kristin holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in English with a Creative Writing concentration, so when she is not focusing on change management, you can find her carving out time for reading and writing while she navigates life with her husband, Will, their children, and their bossy and pampered dog, Duke.

Angela Dorrough-Adamson currently serves as a Change Manager in the College of Business at Western Governors University (WGU) and has over 20 years of experience in higher education leadership. Angela has a passion for teaching, learning and helping lead organizations through complex and difficult change. Currently, she works with executive leaders to drive change management strategy, teach change techniques, and consult on change management plans to implement project deliverables. Prior to her current role, Angela served as Senior Manager of the Accounting Programs at WGU, Manager of Advising Services at Capella University and Instructor of Communication at Missouri State University.

Angela has her Bachelor's in Philosophy and Master's in Communications from Missouri State. She is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and her approach to change management begins with focusing on the end user. She is passionate about helping organizations realize their mission through helping employees feel like they are a part of the changes occurring around them. Outside of work, Angela’s hobbies include reading, running and hiking. You can often find her training on the weekends for upcoming races or spending time with her family.

Ashley began her career in higher education leadership and has since focused in operational leadership and human resource management. Ashley holds a Doctorate of Business Administration with a focus in management, as well as her SHRM-CP certification. She joined WGU as the Program Chair for the HR Management degree in 2019, and currently serves as the Associate Dean and Director for HR programs in the College of Business at WGU. She also has extensive experience as a faculty member at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and has focused her faculty work primarily with adult learners in online education. Ashley has presented for organizations such as ACBSP, Online Learning Consortium, SHRM, and CUPA-HR. Her work has been published with HR Professionals Magazine, Talent Management, and Higher Ed HR Magazine.
