Paul Bingham
Senior Vice President & Executive Dean, WGU College of IT
Paul joined WGU in 2019 after a 24‑year career with the FBI, where he led domestic and international cybercrime investigations. An accomplished instructor and presenter on cybersecurity and incident response, Paul holds certifications including CISSP, GCIH and GISP and earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Brigham Young University.

Stacey Laurent is a vice president and lead technical program manager at JPMorgan Chase. She represents the firm in workforce and skills initiatives, including the AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance’s expansion in Texas, where she has spoken to employer–education collaboration and building diverse tech talent pipelines. Her background centers on large-scale technology program management in financial services and community partnerships that connect learners to in-demand roles.
Josh Moulin
Principal and Founder at Natsar
Josh Moulin is a cybersecurity executive and advisor with more than two decades of experience in national security, digital forensics, and risk management. He leads Natsar, a cybersecurity consulting firm, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Security Services at the Center for Internet Security (CIS). Earlier in his career, he commanded an FBI-deputized regional cybercrimes task force and later held CIO/CISO roles in the U.S. Department of Energy’s nuclear security enterprise; he has also advised senior leaders as an Executive Partner at Gartner.
Erica Conner
Chief Information Officer at Sempra Infrastructure (WGU Alumni)
Erica Connor is the Chief Information Security Officer at Sempra Infrastructure, responsible for enterprise security across an energy portfolio that includes operational technology and critical infrastructure. She contributes to the Houston CISO leadership community as an advisory board programs co-chair and previously served as Director, IT Global Security at ChampionX. Her work focuses on identity-centric defenses, resilience, and pragmatic security operations on a scale.
