Rachel Sims

Dr. Rachel Sims is a pedagogy professor at Western Governors University with over 20 years in education. She spent 17 ½ years in the classroom teaching all levels of chemistry and the head of the science department. She is also a secondary science edTPA scorer. Rachel lives in a suburb outside of Houston, Texas. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry, a Master’s in Education, and Doctorate in Education. Her work has appeared at the Geological Society of America Annual Meeting and Western Governor’s University’s Academic Meetings. Her work has also been published in the Journal of Education and Training Studies.
