At this time, the program is only available for students who live in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Texas, and Utah. Completing this form notifies our Enrollment Department that if you are from an available state, you are opting-in to receive contact from our Enrollment Department.

If you are not from an available state, we will save your information in our system. Due to increased interest in the program, you will only receive contact if you are from an available state.

The MSN FNP program is for students who have a bachelor's of nursing degree, at least one year of experience in patient care as a registered nurse, and an active and unencumbered nursing license. It is a competitive program and completing this form does not guarantee admission to the MSN FNP program. Students accepted into the program must have a permanent and active license from one of the available states, must complete clinical internship hours in that state, and intend to obtain an initial APRN license in that state.
