Public Service Recognition Scholarship
In celebration of Public Service Recognition Week in May 2019, WGU Indiana opened 14 scholarships for State of Indiana employees wanting to boost their careers by earning a degree from WGU Indiana. This scholarship is valued up to $6,500 over two six-month terms, $3,250 for each of those two terms. The deadline to apply is October 31, 2019.
Hey Teach! Scholarship
Based off of WGU’s innovative Hey Teach! resource platform WGU Indiana is offering the Hey Teach! Scholarship for teachers and educators who want to continue to learn, innovate, and improve their students’ learning experience. This scholarship is worth up to $2,000 over four six-month terms, $500 for each of those four terms. The deadline to apply is December 1, 2019.
Cybersecurity Scholarship
To celebrate Cybersecurity Awareness Month (October), WGU Indiana is offering the Cybersecurity Scholarship for students in any of the College of Information Technology degree programs. This scholarship is worth up to $5,000 over four six-month terms, $1,250 for each of those four terms. The deadline to apply December 31, 2019.
WGU Indiana Night Shift Nurses Scholarship
WGU Indiana wants to help night shift nurses pursue their dreams of going back to school by making it more affordable with five scholarships available each year. This scholarship is worth up to $2,000 over four six-month terms, $500 for each of those four terms. The deadline to apply December 31, 2019.
