Gibson General Partners with WGU Indiana for Employee Tuition Discount

INDIANAPOLIS — Gibson General Hospital is proud to announce a corporate partnership with the state’s nonprofit online university, WGU Indiana. All Gibson General Hospital employees are eligible to apply for a $2,500 scholarship with the WGU Healthcare Partners Fund. In addition, all Gibson General Hospital employees qualify for a five percent discount toward WGU’s tuition, which is less than $7,000 per 12-month term for any of the university’s more than 60 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

A 25-bed critical access hospital with an attached 45-bed skilled nursing facility, GGH and its 350 employees partner with more than 100 physicians to offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including: 24-hour emergency room, inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical care, infusion therapies (including chemotherapy), laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation (cardiopulmonary, physical, occupational and speech therapies), a sleep diagnostics center, and a swing bed program.
