WGU Texas Hires Strategic Partnerships Manager

Michael Glazebrook to lead statewide community relations and business development efforts

AUSTIN — Online, nonprofit university WGU Texas has hired Michael Glazebrook to lead the community relations team and statewide strategic partnerships.

“Michael’s extensive experience with higher education, the military and veteran service organizations fits our needs to promote the value of WGU Texas’ educational programs and benefits,” said Dr. Steven Johnson, chancellor of WGU Texas. “He has a track record of successfully leading and coaching large teams and developing long-term partnerships and strategies for new business development.”

Glazebrook will lead the community relations team to develop and grow partnerships with businesses, community colleges and nonprofits, allowing WGU Texas to reach and serve more working adults across the state.
