Community-Based Memory and Dementia Care Certificate
The Community-Based Memory and Dementia Care Certificate helps your staff provide specialized dementia care, supporting individuals in home health, assisted living, long-term care, clinics, and other outpatient and community settings.
Course Structure
The certificate consists of two competency-based courses. Through curated readings, videos, scenarios, knowledge checks, and a final project, your staff will build foundational and specialized knowledge and demonstrate their ability to apply what they’ve learned to the needs of individuals, families, and care partners in community settings. A bachelor’s degree is not required.
