Inpatient Memory and Dementia Care Certificate
The Inpatient Memory and Dementia Care Certificate helps your staff provide specialized dementia care in hospital-based and inpatient settings, including acute care hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Course Structure
The certificate consists of two competency-based courses. Through curated readings, videos, scenarios, knowledge checks, and a final project, your staff will build foundational and specialized knowledge and demonstrate their ability to apply what they’ve learned to the needs of individuals, families, and care partners in inpatient settings. A bachelor’s degree is not required.
