Now more than ever, human resources leaders must build nimble and responsive workforce teams equipped to face rapidly evolving environments.

During the Hacking HR Talent Strategy and Acquisition Summit in September, I had the privilege to speak on this topic as part of the Building Agile Talent Teams for Fast-Changing Environments panel discussion.

In this talk amongst human resource leaders, I underscored how the ability to pivot in a rapidly changing, hypercompetitive global marketplace is essential. We must keep the employee experience at the forefront, wherever they are in the employee lifecycle—from applying to working in teams on the job.

The conversation moderated by Danielle LaPage, chief learning officer at Hacking HR, covered several important topics, ranging from defining agility in talent acquisition and why it matters now to what an agile talent team looks like in practice. Joining me on the panel the panel were Jamy Conrad, vice president of people and HR, Trust Radius; Melissa Laswell, founder and principal, Agile Horizons Talent Consultants; Ewan Scallion, HR and talent management leader; and Karen Arnold, global vice president, Talent Automatic.
