In the WGU School of Education, we believe one of the best ways to address the national teacher shortage is to focus the lens on Educator Well-Being. We are working to systemically bolster educator well-being nationally through several key initiatives. These include our integrated, holistic Healthy Learning Initiative, our curriculum and program redesign to future-proof educator preparation, and our work with teacher pathways.
