2025 Harris Poll Employer Survey

WGU strives to create programs that align with employer needs and provide students with in-demand workforce skills. One way we measure our effectiveness is by surveying employers of WGU alumni. This research was conducted via telephone in the United States by The Harris Poll on behalf of WGU, among 300 employers of recent WGU graduates. The survey was conducted from October 7 to 30, 2025.
