Paul Bingham is the Senior Vice President and Executive Dean for Western Governors University’s School of Technology, where he manages four cybersecurity degree programs with a combined enrollment of over 17,000 students. He is currently the Academic Co-Chair of the NICE Community Coordinating Council and hosts the Cyber Security Series, an award-winning online cyber career awareness and education series. Prior to WGU, Paul spent 24 years as an FBI Agent, where he led and managed domestic and international cybersecurity investigations while stationed in the US and abroad. His leadership experience includes leading FBI SWAT teams on over 100 high-risk tactical missions. Paul holds several professional certifications including CISSP, CPA, GPEN, GCIH, and GSTRT, along with Masters and Bachelors degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Combining in-depth knowledge with his trademark sense of humor, Paul is an featured presenter at conferences and events throughout the US and abroad.
