Dr. Tommie Smith joined WGU in 2013 and has held various positions including program mentor, instructor and program manager. He is currently lead instructor in the WGU School of Business.
Dr. Smith holds a Doctor of Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. He also holds an MBA degree and bachelor of science degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
Dr. Smith has the privilege of serving undergraduate students as a faculty member in the WGU School of Business and as the faculty adviser the National Black MBA WGU Virtual Club.
Dr. Smith understands the value of higher education and is honored to assist others in obtaining knowledge and opportunities through earning their degrees.
